Orders
By placing an order on this website you agree to, and accept the terms and price specified on this website. This price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. This offer may be accepted or rejected by Get Wet Waikato for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with Get Wet Waikato will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Get Wet Waikato provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to your elected email address.
 
Loss or damage in transit
Get Wet Waikato will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer, or any person claiming through the buyer, for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Get Wet Waikato is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. Get Wet Waikato is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.
 

Exclusion of Negligence

Get Wet Waikato is not liable to the buyer in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to:
 
a. the performance of the product;
b. any fact, matter or thing relating to the products; or
c. any error in information supplied to the buyer or a user at or after the date of the purchaser’s or user’s use of the product.
 

Delivery

Delivery times given on this website are indicative only. Your order will be dispatched from Get Wet Waikato provided they have the items to fulfil your order, in stock. If they do not have your ordered product available Get Wet Waikato will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times but will try and contact you by phone or email if any late deliveries are anticipated. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made, for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.
 
If however, the delivery has not happened after 30 days from the indicative delivery date, the buyer may elect to treat the failure to deliver as a terminating contractual event. In such an event Get Wet Waikato will refund any payment made to it in respect of that particular order.
 
If Get Wet Waikato is unable to source the particular product you require, Get Wet Waikato will contact you, the buyer, and inform you of the general date of availability. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with that, Get Wet Waikato will provide a refund of the money paid for that order.
 
 
Cancellations, returns and/or refunds policies
We guarantee a money back refund if you are not 100% happy with your online purchase. Products will need to be returned to Get Wet Waikato, in their original condition and packaging, and with Get Wet Waikato’s packing slip. Notification of a return needs to be made to Get Wet Waikato within 5 days of receipt by you.
 
Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they and their packaging are still in a condition that they can be resold, for the full original retail price, you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges. Any courier costs you incur to return the product to us, will not be refunded unless we have made an error. Courier costs are generally non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error.
 
We regret we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any products listed on the site https://getwetwaikato.co.nz/ once the product has been used or tampered with, or if the packaging has been damaged to the extent that the item is no longer saleable for its original full price.
 
Our site is aimed at customers who are already reasonably familiar with our good reputation and the product lines and brands we sell. We are different from most internet sales companies in that our e-commerce and mail order service is simply another convenient option we provide for you, our customers. If you are in any doubt about an item you are considering purchasing online with us, then we strongly recommend that you email us first during business hours. Our email is info@getwetwaikato.co.nz. If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time. Please e-mail info@getwetwaikato.co.nz and we can arrange this. We will inform you of what needs to be done to arrange the refund. You must make a notification within 5 days of receipt.

Clearance
Pricing valid for clearance period or while stocks last. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping of clearance product. RRPs quoted are our original retail prices. Colours, sizes and availability may vary between store and online. If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time. Please refer to size guide when selecting clothing as returns are not accepted on any clearance product. You must make a notification within 5 days of receipt.
 

Termination

Your ability to purchase products and services from this website may be terminated at any time by Get Wet Waikato without notice. All disclaimers and limitations of liability by Get Wet Waikato will survive termination. Should you object to any of these terms & conditions, including any subsequent amendments, you must immediately discontinue use of this site.
 

Colour Information

While Get Wet Waikato has endeavoured to display accurately the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
 

Product Descriptions

Get Wet Waikato and its suppliers attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products detailed on the site http:// www.getwetwaikato.co.nz/. However, Get Wet Waikato does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Get Wet Waikato itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it, in an unused condition, in the original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us will be at your expense. You must make a notification within 5 days of receipt.
 

Governing Law

The laws of New Zealand govern any contract arising out of this website, and all disclaimers, terms and conditions and terms of use.

Christmas Delivery Expectancy

Online orders placed on or before the 15th of December can be expected to arrive before Christmas Day. However, any orders placed after this date may be subject to arriving later. Please bear this in mind when ordering from our online shop.
